We only collect what we need to pick up your garbage.

What we collect

When you book a pickup or ask for a quote, we get what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number (if you give it), pickup address, your message, and a photo if you add one. If you call, text or email us, we get whatever you send us that way.

What we use it for

To schedule and complete your pickups, send you quotes and invoices, and get in touch about your service. That's it. We don't sell your information, rent it out, or use it to advertise to you.

Where it goes

Form requests are sent to our business email inbox. The website itself doesn't keep a copy. We use a small number of trusted services to run the business, like our website host and email provider, and they only handle your information so we can deliver our service. Some of these services may store data outside Canada.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes (for example, if we add website analytics), we'll update this page.

How long we keep it

As long as you're a customer, and for a reasonable time after that for our business and tax records. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just contact us and we'll take care of it.
